Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free on all orders and will arrive in 7-10 business days, except in situations beyond our control (i.e. postal delays).
You can track your order status on our Order Status page. Once your package ships, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping and carrier information.
Currently we ship anywhere in Singapore. If you are not located in Singapore, please visit our Regions page to go to the storefront for your country.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You can cancel or make changes to your order for any reason within 8 hours of purchase. To do this, visit our Order Status page.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have thirty (30) calendar days after the date of purchase to return the product in its original condition to Kobo.
To return your item(s), visit our Order Status page, enter your order information, and select “Return Items” in the top-right corner. If you wish to exchange your item(s), select “Request Assistance” in the top-right corner to connect with our Customer Care team via the Kobo Help Centre.
It is the responsibility of the customer to package and ship items for return. Upon receipt of the returned product, Kobo will refund the order cost to the payment method charged at the time of purchase, less any applicable restocking fees.
If you encounter problems with your eReader, please visit the Kobo Help Centre for troubleshooting resources. If, within the warranty period, the issue cannot be resolved, you may exchange your defective eReader in accordance with Kobo’s warranty. The same warranty is provided for both new and certified refurbished eReaders. Kobo will require a copy of your receipt if you make a warranty claim for your eReader.
